Once the returned product is received, we will refund your money immediately (minus the €5 for transport in case we collect it). More details in our Return Policy.
Returns from the rest of the world
EU / EU (European Union): You will have to send it on your own (MIOH STORE – Caruso y Ana SL, c/ Calvo Sotelo 1, MIOH store, 26003 Logroño ( Spain ), Tel. 941 39 32 54) . Upon receipt of the returned product, we will refund your money in full. Follow the instructions in our Return Policy.
Rest of the world (not EU / EU): You will have to send it on your own (MIOH STORE – Caruso y Ana SL, c/ Calvo Sotelo 1, MIOH store, 26003 Logroño ( Spain ), Tel. 941 39 32 54) .Important: in returns from the "Rest of the World" it could be that customs and clearance expenses are produced. This amount will be reduced from the price to be returned.
